The service I’ve received from Mendoza Appliances, both personally and for my clients, has always been excellent. They’re very upfront that their appliances are used and professionally serviced as needed, which I actually appreciate. You can either pay full retail for brand-new, or be smart with your money and buy something that works just as well for a fraction of the price (they even offered a 3 month warranty on my purchases, which was surprising). Every interaction I’ve had with their team and owners has been pleasant, honest, and easy. I confidently recommend them to my clients and have continued to use them myself.

I paid this man $65 just so he can tell me he needs to take my washer to tear it apart. Couldn’t diagnose the issue at all and on top of that, he was an hour late. This man is bottom line not liable and rude. He really didn’t deserve to get paid cuz he didn’t even diagnose the issue. Scammer! I wouldn’t trust this business. Red alert

Payed 400$ for a fridge less than a year ago. The company only offers a 3 month warranty I was aware of. I called anyway to see how much it cost to have them (same company I bought the used fridge from) look at my refrigerator that is no longer cooling. Service fee is 65$ plus labor and parts. 65$ would be used towards services if I decide to fix. Not a bad rate but I just personally think that it’s a little steep, repair will probably be near 200$. I am definitely going to look into someone else. I may or may not call them back. I really do wish I would have purchased new and saved myself the hassle of spending more and more due to repairs. Oh well, you live you learn.

I've been blessed with Mr Mendoza n his family. My mother n I have been very pleased with their prices n excellent customer service.. as a matter of acted they just blessed us with a great dryer. Mr Mendoza his son n grandson were very polite n n very respectful people. God bless you n yours Mr Mendoza n family.

Apparently he doesn’t need the service or the money, called him 2 weeks ago and what he said was he would call on his way out, no date or time was set. So far Not one Word from him or his Company, Totally Disappointed and Will Never recommend Him to anyone. He has done service for some of my friends and sold them items, but fro: what he has done here they will never go back to him. I hope who ever needs his service is better then what I have gotten from him.
