This is the second time I used the service. The first time, he came,.he clean the washer and charged $120. The second time he came back and charged another $120 for cleaning it out. Then finally the third time he came with no gears for repair and said "it is time to buy another washer". For more than 48 years in this type of industry, one would imagine they would know if they washer is not good no more. However, he admitted he suspected something wrong, the second time fixing it. But did not mentioned anything until the third times. For those who is reading this review, do not use this kind of services. You will end up spend more for calling the wrong person. Doing this kind of services are dishonest and unprofessional.

After you continued to question Mr. Spoonts whose reputation has kept Spoonts in business for 48 yrs! Your UNCASHED CHECK was returned to you! Spoonts would NOT come back !

Last week fixed my washer that had a broke door lock. I always have Spoonts Home Appliance fix my problems. Professional & reasonable. I trust them completely.
