Heating and Air Conditioning Providence

I used this company for many years and never complained about the bill. Recently, however, I was grossly overcharged for parts. After a discussion, Mike agreed to refund $50 to keep his customer happy....except the refund was never received and he has been unresponsive to follow-up text. Will not use again.

Great job done replacing our oil tank by Mike, Chris and Steve! Have been doing business with Langlois for 50 years and we have always been satisfied with their work.

Extremely professional,and reliable. They called me back fast and was able to get my furnace up and running. The cost was also not outrageous.

Rude, unprofessional, dismissive. He acted like he was inconvenienced and said he would come back to fix something. Never did. Save your money for someone else because they are not worth it

Good service, affordable. I'll be calling him next year again insha Allah (God willing).
