Ladies and others, caution strongly advised! I attempted to pay this individual multiple times by check, all of which were either ignored or claimed to be undelivered, despite no other mail issues on my end during that time. When I asked for alternative payment methods, none were provided. Eventually, he asked me to bring cash to his personal residence. As a woman, I found this extremely inappropriate and unsafe. I declined and instead arranged immediate payment to him through my trusted builders who regularly works with him. He was informed of this the same day. Despite all this, he still filed a small claims case. I have documentation showing I was more than willing to pay safely and professionally. I was searching for a reliable and reasonable place and stumbled upon Bobs with all 5 star reviews and thought it was too good to be true but now I'm a believer! They did great work and when it came time to pay I was happy to pay the reasonable rates. The only thing was it was cash only and I was not aware of this ahead of time, so that caught me by surprise but it's understandable with the costs of card processing. Bob bruyettes is my new go to!

My heat stopped working at about 7:30 in the evening. Bob took my call, talked me through potential solutions, and when that didn't work, he said he'd come out first thing in the morning. By 7:45AM he was here, and by 8:15 our heat was working and he had a simple explanation for the issue. He was punctual, kind, and understanding of the situation, and he charged a very, very fair rate. I couldn't recommend him more.
