Good products but terrible support, ive called and emailed mutiple times about a cert for a job with zero response.

06/13/19 today I had a load to pick up at this location however I I arrived after hours I had confused where to go but in the mean time I saw a lady getting out of from her office and heading to her car I know how much she was tired by working all day but she was very polite and helped me to get my load by calling the warehouse supervisor. Oh! man how she is blessed. yeap the good thing there is always very blessed out there. I just want to say thank you for this woman God bless you

Products are fine but they're not very helpful in terms of how to find parts to reduce from one trunk size to another. Products are carried by menards but not a a complete enough line to make an actual system. The mfg. Has no idea what parts a store should stock.
