Your technician , Serg, came on the 23 February 2026 to repair my steam boiler. I was not getting any heat for two days and for the past two weeks, the boiler would occasionally work for a few minutes. The technician quickly identified a blocked pigtailpipe , cleaned it a d after reinstalling it, I had no more problem. He was very experienced and among the best you have sent to my residence . Heat Span needs more like him. Very understandable and knowledgeable. Kudos to him.

I am very very satisfied with Heatspan service. Lou the Service Man was very skilled and informative. The company responded quickly and repaired my boiler in the worst possible weather conditions. Thank you Heatspan and Lou for your wonderful service.

Called for someone to come give estimate for 10k boiler replacement. Told that estimate fee is $165 plus tax. I can see charging an estimate on a repair which is not uncommon, but $165 to estimate a replacement? I even reiterated to operator that this is a replacement estimate and he said he was aware. Unheard of. BTW, before you hire, read their Yelp reviews. When the one star greatly outweigh the five star, RUN

I needed to have my water heater check out due to low hot water pressure through out my home. The technicians were on schedule and friendly. After explaining to them what I have been experiencing from the last storm between the boiler and water heater we then began our journey to check things out. We then talked in detail about causes, next steps to eliminate the problem, my questions answered, other things that can help my situation better in the long run and pricing. The techs were knowledgeable and polite. We also talk about service plans which I (mom) didn’t have and the price was good for the year. All in all I had a great experience and the techs was a pleasure to work with and will be a big part in my decision making on getting the work done.

Thank you so much Heat Span for everything. Your help and consistency will never be forgotten. It was the holiday season, and you went above and beyond to remove my old furnace and bring in the new one and make sure i had heat and comfort.
