Reached out to Heavenly Heating & Air and they do not answer their phone. Only seems to respond to text. Did a great job responding the evening I reached out (which impressed me because it was after 5:00pm). Promised to follow up with pricing and availability the next morning and then ghosted me. No response to my text or my calls all day. If you need good communication and reliable service, I would stay away from them.

Heavenly Heat & Air have blown me away with their excellence and experience. Nick was very punctual with responding, and came out right away when our air conditioner was not working on a very hot summer day. He was able to figure out why our air conditioner was not working and fixed the problem on the spot so we could have cold air flowing through our house again. They take pride in their work to make sure all your needs are met. You can tell they keep their clients at the top priority! If you have any needs for a furnace or air conditioninier Nick has the answers.

I was very satisfied with their work. Nick is fair and respectful as a business owner. He did a tune up for me and he was friendly and left my home clean and back in it's original order when he left. Great experience, great business.

Timely and did a wonderful job. Nick was able to come out straight away and fix my problem at a more than reasonable price. My only regret is not calling in sooner. Will definitely be using again if I have any future problems.
