We recently had maple flooring installed by Ideal Custom Flooring on the entire main floor of our home. We are very pleased with the Installers Brandon and Owen in how they utilized their exceptional craftsmanship. The installation was flawless! They were very professional, punctual, and completed the installation in an efficient manner. In addition, they kept us informed on their installation plans on a daily basis. Kassidy did an exceptional job of assisting us on the best options based on the type and coloring of flooring we were looking for. Both Kassidy and Madison, the Showroom Assistants were excellent in keeping us informed from the beginning to the end of our project. We are very pleased with our beautiful floors!

Easy 5 stars Great experience all around. From working with Madison and Kassidy at the office and with Kyle for installation - everything turned out perfect. I don’t know if there is such a being as the god of flooring, but if there was, Kyle is probably that being. Kyle worked with us for almost two whole weeks to get our flooring perfect. He solo removed 1400 sq feet of carpet, 2 types of hard wood, 3 different types of tile, and had to deal with absolutely botched installs from past companies that made removal significantly more difficult than it should have been. He replaced it all with very nice LVP, that matched our existing wood accents around the house as well as carpeting on our stairs. If you're looking for flooring, stop shopping around and hire this company. I highly recommend Ideal Flooring and can't say enough about how fantastic everyone has been to work with. From sales, to the front office, to the workers in our house for the week, everyone is a real pro and we felt like family. This experience was flawless from start to finish. It was completed on time and professionally done, and exactly the price I was hoping for. We had LVP and carpet done in our lower level of an older lake home and the craftsmanship is apparent throughout! The cat is pretty happy too!

Great customer service starting with Kassidy in the showroom - she was very helpful and patient as I struggled to find the right flooring. Great flooring products at good prices. Installers are very professional and do great work! We had them replace basement flooring due to water during the August storm. We were so pleased we had them come back a month later to replace flooring in our kitchen & hearth room. Also like to support a locally owned business! I would highly recommend!
