The services we've used them for are: hot water tank hook-up to bypass old solar water line, removing/capping a toilet, removing/capping a small vanity sink, removing/capping a large laundry basin sink, and installing a new washer/dryer hook-up. They adhered to COVID related precautions, including social distancing & wearing a mask in our home. We've used Heavy Doody Plumbing for a couple of projects in late 2020 and early 2021, and each time they did excellent work on jobs that turned out a bit more complicated than originally expected. The short version of this review is that you shouldn't hesitate to use them for any of your plumbing needs. They are patient, responsive, knowledgeable, professional, and have reasonable prices.
