Hector and his son installed an HVAC system for our main home. We are a Real Estate Company who provide housing to those in need (Veterans, Families, Domestic Violence individuals, Healthcare Professionals, Etc.) and we have worked with countless contractors. We never had a worst experience with a contracting company. Hector is unprofessional, unknowledgeable, a swindler/etc. The entire 2 Zone system wasn't installed correctly and J&B HVAC had to rewire the entire system because nothing worked properly from the start (i.e when you cut off the system it was programmed to be cut on and vice versa). It is now a 1 Zone System that constantly needs repairs/has skyrocketed our Electric Bill. I tried to work with Hector for months hoping that he would honor his warranty and his word. Unfor
