Hedberg Home Brick + Stone: Order Desk

I got to Hedberg Home just after closing and got out of my vehicle to discover that walking up to the door to pick up my order when both Nick and Rachel pulled up in their vehicles from opposite directions to see what I was after. There was zero hesitation and both reopened the building, found my order, got everything processed and materials loaded in a matter of minutes. They definitely went above and beyond customer service for something that was 100% on me and could have easily said they were closed and had me return. My entire experience from finding a stone to install have been top notch and thank all that helped. Went to two places prior to Hedberg and couldn’t get any help let alone the service received. No need to look any further for future project needs!

We designed a stone chimney and hearth pad for a wood stove with Joe Saba's help, he (and others) were fantastic to work with and the project turned out great. We installed the material ourselves, having no experience, and while a little intimidating, Joe walked us through the design and install process which was incredibly helpful.

I can only give 4 stars at this point as I have not received my quote or product YET. However, I can assure you they have super friendly staff and are motivated to help you. I was looking for a rare brick for my '57 all brick and stone rambler. Dan, my sales rep, is so nice and resourceful. He knew exactly what brick my house was and located a sample for me to compare. Pricing was provided within 24 hrs and contractors get a discounted rate. Hopefully all works out and I can update my review.
