Great experience. The owner was very clear in communicating with me, from estimate, to scheduling, to meeting me at the boat mid-job when I wanted to take a look at the work, to final payment. I appreciated the time she took to explain the work to me and how prompt she was in getting back to me throughout the process. A nice and knowledgeable business owner to deal with, in my opinion. And the price was reasonable. Of course everything in boating is expensive, but I was impressed by how detailed the estimate was, she took time to explain the estimate to me, and the price seemed entirely reasonable for the work performed. They kept as close to schedule as possible with what they'd estimated, especially considering we had a storm roll in for some of the days, and communicated clearly to me

Mary and the Hei Tide team have been taking care of annual maintenance on my boat that's kept at Jabin's for a few years now. Their work is always thorough and done to a high quality standard. Quotes are detailed, pricing is fair, and they establish a schedule and stick to it. Very professional operation!
