I have been living in this building for a year now. The location and apartment finishes are nice, but I have experienced ongoing noise issues from the unit above by previous renter and current renters. Running, jumping, and loud impact sounds often occur during the day and continue late at night, sometimes after 10 PM. I have informed the neighbors politely and reported the issue to management multiple times. While management has reminded tenants to be mindful of noise, the disturbance continues. The noise affects my sleep and focus while working or studying from home. I hope management implements stronger solutions to improve quiet hours and overall living conditions.
