I had the wonderful opportunity to recently provide Mobile Crane Training at this facility. Their keen attention to safety and willingness to have additional safety and operation input is hard to match. From top to bottom a great cadre of industry professionals.

it is quite refreshing to be awakened every morning prior to dawn by the sound of trucks roaring up and down the highway heading to or from the plant. Roaring diesels, screaming tires, barking engine brakes, rumble strips. And in the rare moment (and i meam moment!) there may be no trucks running, the rumble of the plant can be heard for miles. It would be nice if they required thier truck driving clientel to take a training course focusing on courtesy and respect for the surrounding community. Particularly the dump trucks that run between the new windsor and union bridge quarries. Also the bulk trucks that run all night long. Seems like all hell broke loose after covid and has not let up a bit since! BIG THUMBS UP for Heidelberg Group!

Hate going there it takes forever to dump coal 1 at a time on a slow conveyer belt while everybody's on the radio complaining about waiting on the person in front of them. Would be a huge bonus if there was more locations to dump like Argos in Martinsburg. There is a better place to dump but they only use it when the belt is broken

Very nice place to load, however the long lines make it somewhat unappealing. But the people are great
