Recently, Valco Custom Remodeling totally remodeled my two upstairs bathrooms. Believe me, the bathrooms were desperately in need of updating and repair. For a period of about a month Valco’s two-man crew displayed their professionalism and friendly manner to carefully install new flooring, tiling, drywall, plumbing fixtures (piping, shower heads, and toilets) vanities, shelving, mirrors, a medicine cabinet and light fixtures. The crew even painted the drywall and installed new entry doors to the bathrooms and adjoining rooms. John Enciu successfully managed the project and suggested the optimal design choices for the bathrooms. We have worked with John and his crew before. He installed a new sump and water drainage system in our basement, as well as repairing a crack in our wall. After this, we needed a basement room essentially totally refinished due to all of the work they did, and what was done was phenomenal. In a week's time, the room was redone with drywall, new electrical ran where needed, as well as painting and finishing. They also were able to frame up a box to cover the new sump, as well as box up a post in the middle of the room. All in all, the room is amazing, and we would easily recommend Valco to anyone needing remodeling and/or waterproofing done. Thanks again, John!

John and his entire staff are AWESOME and a pleasure to work with. We have had several projects done by his companies. We've had our basement gutted and waterproofed, our gutters replaced and our last project was a porch remodeled. (Begore/After Pics attached) John is very professional. Prior to each project John scheduled an appointment to meet with us (ALWAYS PROMPT AND ONTIME) to go over everything. He was very detailed in what would take place during the project. I admire how knowledgeable he is about the work that they do. He also has the best staff working for him. They are prompt, polite, and professional. They're thorough and work very hard to get the job. We look forward to future projects with John and his companies. They are definitely a 5+ rating company.

John and his crew have done a couple jobs at my house. First they waterproofed my basement, then they painted the entire interior of the house, and replaced the carpet with luxury vinyl planking. This week, they replaced the support columns on my front porch. Beautiful work - I’m definitely using Valco Custom Remodeling for all the future work on my home!

We had Valco complete our basement renovation after we needed extensive waterproofing completed over the summer. John and his team were a pleasure to work with and helped me track down the 3 year old flooring to make everything match. Also came in hundreds below the closest contractor and provided a second coat of paint.
