Before you choose Heidler Will you be hiring a racist company's staff and workers etc 🤔 ?? Cant make this up!! I’m giving them one star because I had no choice, I was at the wrong address but they had no sign but a letter H on the door window didn’t understand the layout I sat in the visitor parking spot someone from they office ask did I need help I explained I was at the wrong addresses but I walk to the correct one & back to my truck which was next doors he said ok cool, 5 min later the police came because they called 😑 and was watching from the window smh after I had explained the deal I ended up pulling off 40 later and they was still watching the window… I wonder if I was a customer or could have been a potential customer BTW I am a black man 👀 & I’m dressed for business 10am in th

Heidler Roofing applied a silver UV protection coating to my roof. The coating didn't fully adhere to the substrate, and immediately cracked. They claim the cracking is due to expansion and contraction. They also refused to discount the cost of the defective work. They also bill their customers for travel time from their previous job, so while you may think you are paying them to travel from their Hagerstown office to your site, you may in fact have to pay for them to travel from some other city to your site. The staff are friendly and have great app for recording their work, but they are unwilling to address problems, so that is the reason for the 1-star rating.
