I was more than pleased with the services at Heiland Home Services. Max and his team are professional, ethical and thorough. I called the service number in the evening as I had a leak emergency and they answered promptly. Other companies did not even take my call. Max came out, diagnosed the issues and helped me even find the proper channels to remediate. He was kind and patient with all my questions. I would recommend him over and over!

We've used Heiland Services twice and both times were incredible experiences. They are always on time, answer the phone, respond promptly and do great work. The second time we used them, the owner - Max, was the technician who came out. He was respectful of the house and made it easy for us to continue working from home while he did his work. Heiland came to the rescue of a shower that wouldn’t turn off given a broken nozzle piece. It was probably one of the busiest days of the year given freezing temperatures and frozen pipes throughout Pennsylvania. Shout out to Max and his sidekick for being detailed and a great problem solver. Their professionalism and expertise gave me a significant sense of security and resolution! Highly recommended!
