The team from Koala installation was great from the first phone call. They communicated promptly, scheduled free estimate without delay and I got a very reasonable quote within hours. I had some concerns after the initial visit, and they sent a second pair of eyes right away to make sure all my needs and questions were answered. After getting couple more estimates I decided to go with Koala. The team arrived right on time on the appointment day and completed the job in a timely manner but very thoroughly. They were very professional and cleaned up well after the job was done. Great experience with the owner, the estimator, and the team who did the work. Everyone was candid, transparent, and thoughtful in ensuring my needs were met. No upselling, favorable pricing compared to the market, and were collaborative as we went back and forth to refine scope of action for my 1940s house. Was particularly impressed by and appreciative of Anthony who did the onsite work. Work was attic + basement air sealing and insulation.
