4.5 ⭐ Had a new gas furnace put in. Very flexible scheduling. Total cost was reasonable. Price included the unit and install, metal work, gas line/valve replacement and generator capable rewiring. Kevin seems to answer his phone at all times of the day so communication was great. Showed up around 9am, done before 5. Entertained all of my questions and my inquisitive nature during the install. Overall a pretty great experience.

I cannot say enough good things about Heirloom Mechanical. Started having issues with my 35 year old furnace on one of the coldest days. Was given outrageous quotes from multiple companies. Heirloom Mechanical was prompt, courteous, and diagnosed the problem immediately. Kevin gave me multiple options for repair but, since he had an extremely responsible estimate on a new furnace I decided to replace. Kevin and his team were there first thing the next morning. Heirloom Mechanical provided an honest and professional service at a great price. Will definitely use them again!

Kevin was great. We called yesterday for a broken furnace. He was at the house within a half hour for a diagnosis. He came this morning with the new unit and had it installed in less than 4 hours all on new years eve! You was a lifesaver man. We appreciate your hard work and sense of urgency. I can’t recommend Heirloom Mechanical highly enough. During a cold snap, I was out of state and monitoring my thermostat remotely when I saw my home temperature drop into the 40s and worried about frozen pipes. Kevin responded quickly, got the furnace running, and when it failed again days later, diagnosed the issue as a faulty Nest thermostat and replaced it with a different brand. He even returned to help with WiFi setup. Responsive, fair, and dependable—excellent service. So grateful for the care and reliability.
