Jay installed a whole new furnace and AC for me last month in July. The service was top notch from start to finish. He was prompt with his responses and on-time the day of installation. The pricing was more than fair, and I couldn't be more satisfied. I highly recommend Thir for any heating and cooling project.

My furnace stopped working on one of the coldest days of the year so far (single digits!). Jay was able to come out within an hour of me calling and fixed the problem super fast! He explained everything he was doing and was so kind and professional. I will be calling Jay at Thir for future heating and A/C services sure!

Jay went out of his way to diagnose the problem which included detecting carbon monoxide from our furnace. He may have saved all 4 of us from dying in our sleep! Installed a new furnace immediately and efficiently. Even offered us space heaters as we had had no heat for a month. I cannot say enough about Thir Heating and Cooling...they are awesome.
