Helena Insulation

We have had difficulty receiving estimates and communication from estimators. Our first estimate was delayed several months. When we finally received a new estimate we never received further communication after we said we would like to proceed. I can tell the staff is knowledgeable, but that doesn't help when the process stalls after the estimating phase. Hopefully it's just a case of our job being relatively small in comparison to their primary work, we understand that larger projects take precedence but would've appreciated better communication.

Friendly and professional! Steve was such a delight, and took care of the problem so fast I didn't know what to do with the rest of my day. :) I will 100% be contacting them again, and recommending them to anyone I know who needs insulation work done. Thanks Steve!

Following install of corebond and batt insulation in my home under construction, we heated the place up with a portable heater overnight. the next day, we turned it off, and the temp held all day long. Great job, Helena Insulation!

Roger and the guys at Helena Insulation were great to work with. I had them spray closed cell foam in a 40 x 28 pole building. They showed up when they said they would and did a great job installing. They took the time to explain things to me and checked the depth all the way thru the process. They did a great job of protecting everything as well as a great clean up when they were done. I had Helena Insulation spray foam insulation on the rim joists under my house. Steve was great to work with for the estimate and scheduling...very informative. The guys who came out to do the job were awesome. Professional, friendly, and great workers. I'll be working with them in the future on wall insulation for my old house.
