Kyle has been MY A/C guy for almost 7 years now. He has done a superb job of not only installing my new systems that needed replacement but also servicing them. ALL 4 OF THEM!! SERVICE is his most valuable asset. A rare asset here in South Florida. That being said I am most thankful for the person Kyle is. He is honest, fair and responsive. Kyle picks up his phone and if he is busy will call right back. He has saved me at the most crucial times and has always showed up quickly and on time. Thanks Kyle it is much appreciated.

I called this company for $99 vent special. I had mold in vents after another company replaced the blower motor. I had been sick for 3 months so was important. First they only clean inside vents- not ducts. All vents taken down and I cleaned myself. Then he uses brush on drill to clean with a wet vac. Nothing was covered and he (& I) were not in safety gear (masks, etc). The mold and dust went everywhere- layered on furniture and flooring. Still cleaning after 2 days. I was very sick for 2 days after- have air purifier going and opening doors in early morning fresh air. They charged $500 for a disinfectant to spray in system. Took 20 minutes and you can buy same bottle on amazon for $30 - so obviously a scam. Then they tried to sell me a UV light for $600. I said no - then told m

Kyle and his team installed a new HVAC system in our home. We had lots of quotes from other companies but had not found someone we really liked and provided a fair price. Kyle provided fair quotes and did not pressure us one way or another. He explained our options clearly and made sure we understood what needed to be done for a new HVAC system. The day if installation they were there right on one, kept the house clear, and were very polite. Kyle came back a few days later to check up on everything and to make sure we were 100% satisfied.
