We contacted Hellekson after hours 2 days before the 4th of July. I figured I would hear back the next day, but shortly after leaving a message Mary texted and confirmed that she would send a tech the next day! We assumed the problem was the blower motor and Mary had Nick come prepared with the replacement part. Unfortunately, it was not the blower motor but Mary was able to be the part (control board) shipped over night. Nick was back the next day to replace the part and get us back up and running with AC before the long holiday weekend! We are incredibly impressed with the services and communication, and will be contacting Hellekson again for all future needs!

Had an issue with a component on our Furnace. Made a call on a weeknight and no more than a half hour later Dan was at the front door. He was able to diagnose the issue, track down the part, and replace the part within the next hour or so. Again, this all happened after supper on a weeknight. Very pleased with how it all went. Top notch customer service, professionalism, and technical skills.

I contacted Hellekson Heating and Air with a number of questions when my AC failed, and they got right back to me with all the answers I needed. It felt good to have a useful response instead of the usual salesman talk and runaround. Based on their communication, I feel like this company would be a smart choice.

Called Dan on Tuesday night, technically after hours. Left a message and called me back within 15 minutes. Schedules my tome for that Friday at 1030. His guy showed up just before, asked if there were any questions and what was needed, then got to work. Serviced both furnace and AC and fixed fan so I could have fan on mode. In and out with no issues! Definitely will recommend. Thanks Dan!
