Raul came out 30 minutes after calling him on a dark, frigid night to repair my mother’s garage door. He got it working but it was clear the 35 year old doors needed to be replaced. He gave us a rapid bid and fair price. Raul is a nice guy, easy to work with, honest, and responsive.

Our garage door rollers had started coming loose this winter due to the garage leaning and pulling the track further away from the brackets. Raul came out around 5 PM on a Friday to take a look at it. Even though it's a non-standard problem, he was able to adjust the track without material costs, just the labor cost that we'd agreed to. I was happy with the price given the issue (~$200), he was friendly and explained everything he was seeing, and he was able to come up with a fix on the spot.

I needed a spring replaced on a small commercial overhead door quickly as it was stuck open while building was being heated. Raul had the new springs cut, replaced both springs and cables, tensioned everything properly and did it all on News Years day.
