I love my new kitchen!! Paul was the designer and did an amazing job getting everything I wanted into this kitchen. This was my first remodel and thanks to Paul it was so much easier than I expected. I had to rely on his expertise more than once since I didn't know much about the process, and his suggestions for my kitchen were always perfect. The installers also did an outstanding job. They came back a couple of times to take care of things that were not their fault (for example, the double oven didn't fit into the wall cabinet as expected because of the screws protruding 1/4" outside the cabinet, a fact that wasn't in the oven's spec sheet, but the installer came right back out and cut around those screws for me). Every person I dealt with was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable.

Heller Cabinetry did an excellent job!! Paul is an excellent designer who measured everything precisely and created a beautiful design to update our kitchen! Our installer was phenomenal! He went above and beyond to fit everything in perfectly! Savannah has excellent customer service and followed up with the little things that needed fixed. We are beyond impressed with the AMAZING job Heller did!! Their customer service is wonderful!! We will definitely recommend them to our friends and family!

We made the decision to renovate our kitchen once I began working from home and realized what a disaster our kitchen really was. I had absolutely no vision of what the kitchen could be. We stopped by the showroom just to get some ideas and met Paul. He was very knowledgeable and helped us narrow down our likes and dislikes. He came to our house to measure out the space and get a feel for our home. Once he drew up the design, he would email with drawings and suggestions. He was very patient when I would change my mind on the design. He was very attentive and responded with changes quickly. We received four different quotes from various companies. Heller was not the cheapest, but not the most expensive. We chose Heller because of Paul! The install was not without a few issues, ie.

A little over 5 years ago Heller Cabinetry did my kitchen. They worked with me and my design ideas. Not only did they make the details work but they could show me a picture of what my kitchen would ultimately look like. That's the importance of having a designer available to make sure everything works and looks right before spending a large amount of money. Over the years if I had issues, they were quick to come out and fix the issues. This last June I had my bathrooms remodeled and I didn't bother shopping anywhere else for my cabinets. Was referred to this company by 2 professionals. Learned a hard lesson from the first day the person didn’t show up on time until the end. First, the appointment person was late over an hour. Then, I got a call saying they were on their way; delivery of cabinet and installer, left work to get a call saying they were an hour away. Installer showed up, no cabinets to install. Finally, a cabinet. Then the countertop that I ordered was not the same. I SPECIFICALLY told them no gray. Countertop has big gray/black marks. I did not know that they contracted this out, I paid them. Also, the installer CUT A PIECE OUT OF THE SIDESPLASH TO MAKE THE BLACK LINES LINE UP. They came to fix that, over an hour late. No response from the owner yet, said he was on vacation. Brevard is too small to do bad bus
