DO NOT PARK HERE! Everyone who works here is rude! The valet guy handling the tickets said “Do you want this ticket or you got to go, quick or I’m going to have to print you another one?” We come back, I say “Hello”, the lady behind the desk is visibly upset that she has to look up from her yoghurt and gives me the stink eye. This is a hospital parking lot, practice some kindness and respect.

I was there for my mother to have surgery on Monday and I must say the attendants were quick and polite. This place is VERY convenient and the cost is not that bad considering you are right next to the hospital and in Manhattan. However after being the hospital for over 10 hours my car was returned with this new gash to the trunk! I mean that is deep! I was so tired (it was almost midnight) that I just couldn't get upset at the moment. The attendant explained they had nothing in the garage that could do that - but it there was no damage to the bumper at all so its not like my car was hit by another. I woke up this morning and looked at it again and remembered how the paint had actually flecked off when I touched it at the garage. That meant it was really recent damage. I know it didn't com

was there today around 11. when I picked up my car (black ford crown vic) the worker who retrieved it for me was stepping on the gas hard over and over again I kept hearing my exhaust rev loudly and the tires squeeling all the way from a distance, where he started the car up until he brought it to me. to add to the delinquent behavior; while standing there waiting for my car, i saw a different worker revving another customers car.

All staff are incredibly rude. Valet only. Takes forever to get your car back.

This is a very secure place to leave your car when you visit the nearby hospital. They take pictures of your car I assume for insurance purposes. The valet there seems to be very nice.
