Helstowski Tree and Landscaping

See pics for the work I paid him $800 to do, and he promised to do. I just had to do it myself. Instead, he spent 45 minutes (!!! ~ $800!!!), during which he cut some weeds (at the base of the stalk) and put down wood chips. Didn't remove the dead juniper (the main project I asked him to do). Didn't put in edging he promised to, and didn't pull any weed roots. THEN, he disappears, doesn't call back or respond to numerous calls, texts and emails. Has every excuse in the book (phone isn't working, email isn't working, can't find enough help, etc.). A basic con man, exploiting his neighbors.

Initially wanted a quote from Helstowski Tree & Landscaping for lawn mowing services. I left an inquiry message and the office got back to me and left a message for me to call them back regarding the quote. I never got around to returning the call, but they came anyways without giving me a quote first or scheduling a service. Wasn't too happy about that but fine, they did a good job so I paid them anyways. Had them mow our lawn a few more times, but the level of quality was always different - they would either spend a few hours and do a very thorough job or be in and out in 30 minutes with a lot of spots missed. Brie and her team did a terrific job removing tree limbs, leaves and last Fall’s Mums. Before leaving, she blew the remaining debris so that one would never know there had been a five foot heigh mess when the work was started. She was also very respectful of where to park their truck & trailer. A pleasure to have given Helstowski the work.

Justyn and his crew did an excellent job of removing invasive vines as well as some stubborn roots at my home. They were prompt and very professional. I have already recommended their services to others and will use them again in the future.

I called for an estimate, received a return call I was told Thursday... yesterday at 3pm. 3pm Came and went with no call no show, my next call at 3:40 went unanswered and voice-mail was full. This after he had said he would contact me if something came up. I certainly hope all is well.
