Very pleased indeed! The team was fantastic from the scheduling to the quote to service. We had our carpets cleaned by Hempstead Rugs & Carpets Care. Upon arrival, they were efficient, accommodating and helpful. They removed spots that had irked me for years and left the carpets in wonderful shape. Great job, great company, will refer for sure!

We had our rippled carpets stretched and cleaned as well. I really think that the outcome was worth the money that we paid. They have very good customer service and even went beyond our expectations in the delivery of their work! Staff was incredibly friendly and personable!

The technician did a great job. The orange highlighter could not be lifted but all other colors disappeared! The other carpet cleaning was great! highly recommended.
