Hendersonville Appliance Repair

Would not recommend at all… please understand I do my best to be patient, work things out and not to leave bad reviews on business profiles, especially since I own a business myself and I know how damaging it can be… but this situation calls for a warning for others to stay away from this business! Hopefully this will save someone the frustration and headache! Here’s why: I set up an appointment for this morning with an eta between 10-11am. This morning I spoke with a guy who I assume to be the owner and asked him for the techs phone number so we could coordinate the arrival (my techs needed to meet his technician at our clients job site)… Instead of giving me his number, he said he would have him give us a 30 minute heads up when he was headed our way (I was cool with that). Around 10

Very responsive and did a great job fixing our washer! They came out and immediately knew we needed a new suspension. Ordered the parts and completed the fix within 30 minutes. Upfront about pricing + not expensive. Highly recommend!

Arrived on time, with a call 30 minutes before -- very knowledgeable, professional, friendly. He found the problem with our 15-year old dishwasher almost immediately. Checked on repair costs and concluded it was best to purchase new. I would recommend Mark very highly -- 5 plus stars!!

Comfort Appliance Refrigeration Repair was awesome. The young man that answered the phone was kind and he got me an appointment as soon as possible which was the same day. Mr. V was very professional. He was on time. He was thorough in explaining my refrigeration problem. You got a good group of people there. I have already told several people at work about my experience and they took a picture shot with their phone of the business card that Mr. V gave me. Thank you again guys. I appreciate your time and everything you did for me. If you had 10 star rating I would have given you a 10.

I’m impressed by the level of customer service I received from Mr. V. He definitely went above and beyond. V was very courteous and professional. I was confident in his understanding of what needed to be done to complete the job. V was very knowledgeable and efficient. I think the service was worth every penny because there was no way we were about to do all the work V did. Lol. I would recommend this company for anyone needing appliance repairs. Thanks again, sir.
