Hendersonville Plumbing Services

We met the McLoughlin family when our kids played baseball together. We have now used Hendersonville Plumbing for more than 5 years. Anthony is very nice and helpful. He always goes the extra mile and does a great job. He is fast and fair. I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

I guess I should've looked at the reviews for this company. If I had I wouldn't have wasted my time with them. I wasted a whole weekend waiting on them to do the work I had scheduled. This was after I completely prepped the space for the work he was gonna do. This included cutting holes in my ceiling from downstairs. Granted they did call on Saturday to let me know they had an emergency call that morning. That's understandable, but I did have an appointment for that day. They didn't seem to want to work me in later in the day. We rescheduled for Sunday morning. Well, nobody showed up and nobody called. I called and left a message to let me know if they were still planning on coming to my house. There was no answer and no return call. The least they could do is return your call to let you k

I called Hendersonville Plumbing to fix a dripping water spicket. He came out and charged me $117. Guess what? It drips just like it did before. I called them and told them it still drips. They said they would come back out. After several days I called to follow up with them and i was told it was not dripping even though my driveway is wet under the spicket. I now am going to call another company to fix it.

Anthony was fast to respond(within a couple of hours after I initially called). He quickly diagnosed my issue and fixed it. Highly recommend him. More importantly and worth noting...he's a good family man, very passionate when talking about his kids...he really lights up. That carries a lot of weight with me. I'll most certainly use him again...thanks Anthony.

Water heater was not working. Called in the morning and they said they would be here between 4 and 5. They flat out didn't show up. Called three times and they would not pick up the phone. If there was a zero star, they would have gotten it! Most incompetent thing I've ever seen in a local business.
