Called to have my whole fusebox and meter mast replaced. These guys were great! Quick phone call, quick and fair price, quick turn around. Great to talk to and great communication the whole time. Nothing was done without asking and explaining to me what or why something had to happen. Great positive attitudes, they showed up ready for war with that fusebox! Amazing job done by the Henelect team! They came in and worked on installing the EV charger right away and made sure I understood each step of the process and were always willing to answer any and all questions I had regarding the install and the EV programs as well. The install was fairly quick and was done very professionally with most of the wiring hidden amazingly. Chris and Kenny were a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. Highly recommend them for your EV charger installation projects.

To preface, I was initially going to go with some larger Tesla affiliated company. I had called that initial company and even trying to get scheduled, I didn’t feel the person on the other end took my needs into consideration and was just throwing so many technical terms at me with no explanation and trying to get me locked in as soon as they could.
