The Warren team replaced our entire HVAC system over a year ago, and we have been very happy with their workmanship. From the start, they were professional and thorough. They gave me multiple options, explained the pros and cons clearly, and sent someone to our home to take measurements and ensure we chose the right unit. The installation took about half a day and everything looked good. A few days later, I started seeing 33-1 Limit warnings, which indicated the return duct needed airflow adjustments. Warren handled this extremely well. They came back multiple times over the next few months to fine-tune the system, stayed on top of the issue, and ultimately resolved it so the warnings no longer appear. All of this follow-up work was done at no charge as part of their installation support.

Warren Heating and Cooling installed two furnaces and AC units in my home. Installation went very smoothly and the crew was very neat. They were fairly priced and very responsive to all of my questions and requests. The sales rep, Melinda, also suggested NEIF financing for the AC units, which allowed us to spread out the payments, saving us a large upfront cost. I would highly recommend.

Warren H&C were fantastic to work with on our new furnace installation. Worked with Paul who gave options between repairing our old furnace to purchasing a new one, with a thorough explanation for each. We opted to install a new furnace and with single digit temps in the forecast, a working furnace was now more urgently needed. Mike & Brett arrived on time and on a Saturday morning to complete the install. They were both very professional and friendly. Warren installed two 97% efficiency furnaces and a condenser. We got four quotes, but Melinda was the only one to actually walk through our whole house to do a proper heat load calculation. She guided us through the rebate process and even came back out when we had questions about how the install. The install team then able to install all of the equipment in one day when it was supposed to take two days. That evening there was one small issue with one of the furnaces turning on, but the company came out after hours to fix it immediately.
