I had an issue with the wood I purchased. I made one text to Micheal G. He was at the job site at 545pm when he was supposed to be off. Not a questioned asked. That is what it’s all about. Thank you. That would have set us back a day and now we are on track for the deadline. Every part of this job I’ve done all the staff at this place has gone above and beyond. From the chill yard guys to the inside staff to the contractors desk it’s been a great experience. Thank you.

I used to avoid HBS to the fullest, dreading to go there because the staff wasn’t helpful at all , well today I practically live at hadlock henrys , being a do it myself kind of girl, with all my crazy projects, that most of the time i probably shouldn’t do because I’m not a contractor, with full on doubt in my self, Don and all of the staff that go ABOVE and BEYOND to answer any question I have , they somehow know what im trying to accomplish , sometimes maybe for a second they doubt me too, but no matter what I always leave feeling confident! With that being said I just love this place, everyone here is perfectly placed and so good at what they do, I really just wanted to give a big thanks , I always feel appreciated and welcome at this hardware store! I thank the owners of Hadlock True Value for hiring a stellar employee named Hannah. She was the 1st person to greet me then drop what she was doing to assist me for the next 30 minutes. I struggled with finding the right paint color to match a photo I had in addition to matching old paint can colors I had. Hannah took the time even when I was about to walk out. I didn’t realize what kind of person I had in front of me. She stuck with it and she made a perfect match to my photo and 3 different old paint chips from old paint cans. Then to top it off a young man named Colby helped me out to the car with all my paint cans. There is hope in our future with working young folks at the Hadlock True Value! I will shop here to support the locals rather than shop out of town to save a buck. Excellen

I've shopped at this hardware store both as Hadlock Hardware and Henery's. The staff has always been good but since changing to Henery's I've noticed it's gotten even better. Don and his staff there are super friendly and generous with their knowledge. I'm glad we still have a store like this in our community!!

Great hardware store with knowledgeable and friendly workers. It is a little expensive sometimes but then other times they beat Lowes and Home Depot.
