Friendly service, and not that key cutting takes a very long time... but he had 3 keys cut for me in less time it would have taken a machine to do one. This is a business I will go to again when I have the need.

Had several keys made, new locks, and battery lock fixed.

I definitely recommend Petrick Lock & Safe! They were fast to respond to my online questions and fast to come out and change out a lock for us. They were very nice and friendly, and the cost was reasonable.

Along with their wide variety of healthy choices, their freshness and generous customer service as always been a pleasure to shop. The higher prices are worth the better quality.

Talk about above and beyond, ... I'm not sure if it's COVID but the new customer service norm has proven to be rather disappointing as of late with the major exception of Petrick Lock and Safe. Anya was absolutely gracious and informative and in the end, replaced the lock that she had so kindly walked me through replacing but that ended up needing a professionals touch. I''d be surprised if there was a lock that she couldn't fix! Take high caliber service and pair it with incredibly affordable workmanship and I won't hesitate to return or recommend them!!!
