Henges Interiors

I work for FedEx, and these two were driving to pick up insulation. Before this photo was taken they decided to park on the wrong side of the road (as pictured) while a lawn care truck and trailer were parked parallel on the other side of the street. There was no way to pass or get in between both cars. I honked to try and get these guys to move forward. The guy sitting there on his phone looked at me, and threw his hands up and shewed me away. Luckily for me the landscaping guy ended up moving his truck forward enough to let me pass. Absolutely rude and lazy work from these too, seeing as if they were to of park on the right side of the road everyone could drive regularly and all they would’ve had to of done was walk 3 more steps to put the insulation back in their truck. Disgusting work.

Bought an engineered floor at $4.50 a square foot. Almost immediately had issues with it warping (which causes it to creak and squeak), splintering up on the edges, and de-laminating. It is also extremely easy to permanently dent (just rolling the refrigerator on it caused us to have to replace several feet) I got a giant splinter (2 inches long) lodged in my foot Christmas day from just walking along the floor. They will not stand behind their floor or offer any resolution whatsoever. A flooring rep came and thought it wasn't normal for it to splinter like that, but the inspector said there's nothing wrong with it so they will do nothing despite visual evidence there is plenty wrong. Twice now I’ve had guys in their trucks tailgating me like crazy, so close I couldn’t see their license plates in my review mirrors. Then when they finally pass they fly and leave me. Not sure how their work is, but that doesn’t give me much hope or make me want to ever hire them.

In a time when true customer service seems to be a dying art, Henges has been a pleasure to work with before, during and after the sale(s). We can't say enough about Greg M., Robbie B., and their respective teams. In the last year, we've purchased new hardwood floors, new carpets, new luxury vinyl plank floors, crawlspace encapsulation, spray foam insulation, and currently have attic re-insulation on the calendar for later this month. Both Greg and Robbie have gone out of their way to help us on each of these projects and we couldn't be more grateful. A great experience. I had one person helping me from start to finish with our project, and they were wonderful to work with. I can be a pain, but the person working with me made the process super easy. They use only union labor, which I prefer since I know they actually go to classes to learn their trade. I knew this meant it would cost a little more, but it's worth it, in my opinion.
