PODS Moving & Storage

Bob was our delivery driver and he carried great customer service! Bob listened to my concerns with placement and worked with me on what would work best for where our pod was placed in order to still leave us with a parking spot for our vehicle. He was thorough with the pod door and lock directions too. Great sense of humor! Excellent driver! Highly recommend! Great customer service that would brighten anyone’s rainy Monday! Thank you Bob!

After dropping off a pod, one of your drivers was taking up both lanes while driving out of our neighborhood. We were in our lane trying to get around him but he refused to move, creating a standoff. After 7 or 8 minutes, he eventually pulled even further in front of us like he was in some form of protest that we had to back up. We were able to back up as were another car and drive around the other side of him in the other lane (the lane he was supposed to be in, had he given the proper right of way to start with as there was plenty of room to yield to oncoming traffic) and was barely able to get around him by gong into someone's driveway etc. Anyway, i thought you would like to see the quality and courtesy of your driver's Edit: I see you have a canned response, which tells me you didn'

We moved from Fort Myers to St Louis. PODS was awesome to work with. Every driver was professional and handled the POD with care. We personally have experience in moving and packing ourselves and every item was transported as exactly how it was packed and no damage or shifting during transit. Thank you PODS for making it easy and training your drivers to make your company shine. I highly recommend PODS. My driver's in Missouri Bob and Jason were awesome. My drivers in Florida were awesome but sorry I can't remember their names.

My wife and I moved across the country and are happy with our decision to use PODS. Bob from the St. Louis location was especially great to work with! He very clearly communicated timing and expectations. He asked us how we wanted the pod set up in the driveway and made sure very thing set up so that dropoff was quick and easy.

Second time I’ve used PODS moving and storage. So easy to schedule and modify if needed. Pods are easy to use snd are efficient. Bob was our driver for delivery, great guy! Hope to get him again on the pick up. Bob was/is awesome!
