Henry Kitchen & Bath

We just completed a complete remodel of our kitchen/dining room/living room area making everything open concept. This is the second time we've worked with Sara at the Des Peres store for a house remodel and she is awesome. She has the vision to put together what we wanted. We met on probably a dozen occasions to get the project done including coming to our house to look at the area first-hand. The previous time we used Henry's and Sara as our designer was 6 years ago when we did a complete remodel of all bathrooms in our house. We were so pleased with the work and quality, that it was a no-brainer to go back to her when we needed our kitchen done this time.

Bought 3 brand new American Standard toilets, 1 was fine, 2 were defective, meaning the mold was defective and would not work properly. Your des peres cs(or manager) not sure, would not contact supplier to see about replacements due to time? well, the install of the toilets were delayed due to illness in the family, but defective is defective, You did not allow American standard to make it right, nor Your company. I flip houses and project tens of thousands of purchases to come.. will go to wholesale plumbing supply where i bought 2 new toilets with going beyond satisfaction to make sure they were good ! .. you are unprofessional at best.

We recently worked with Joanne Conley to design and renovate a guest bathroom and master bathroom in our home. While I had a vague idea of what I wanted to do, Joanne was able to take my ideas and put them into designs that turned out beautifully! She also made sure that we had the quantity and correct materials we needed for the project and the quality was great - and didn't break the bank! During the project, Joanne was very responsive to questions and helped us to stage deliveries of materials. I enjoyed Joanne's patience with me throughout the design and completion process - we couldn't have done it without her!

Joann was amazing. I had the classic case of buying a condo with builder grade fittings that I did not chose. I hated it. I went to 2 well known companies to try to get a solution. They offered me "dream designs" but never helped me solve my problem: How do I get my "Japanese spa look" within the confines of my 3rd floor Condo? I could not change the drain locations. None of the other companies helped me solve this (Kohler or ProSource). But Joann did. She got it. She understood my concept and the limitations of living in a condo. She has both the technical understanding and a great sense of design. I am a very happy customer. I love my new Master Bath. Thank you Joann!!!

We came in with pretty clear ideas for our master bath remodel and Joanne helped us pick out all of the materials in less than two hours. She had a lot of great ideas and really helped narrow down options for us. The bathroom turned out exactly as we imagined. Randy was great, too, very punctual and professional during the installation. The work itself took two weeks longer than estimated since some items had to be ordered and took longer than expected.
