Wow!! I am really impressed with Hensel! Shawn was amazing and went totally above and beyond what you would expect from an electrician. Not only did he fix the problem, but he removed a dead rodent from my attic and really demonstrated the best customer service! I will definitely be using Hensel for any future projects or repairs! I called Hensel Electric and spoke with Sarah. She understood the immediate need I had to replace an outlet before an appliance could be installed. She spoke with someone that gave the approval to have an electrician re-routed to my house. The electrician was in and out in under 20 minutes. This is a great company; I have used them several times over the past 5 years.

Had called earlier in the week to see about getting a hot tub cut off and adding an EV charger in its place. Took a few days but got a call from a very friendly guy to set up an appt. I’d called another company and so let him know I thought I was covered. He told me to call back and ask for him if anything changed. Well, things changed and he was able to send out Shawn within about 20 minutes. He did exactly what I asked of him and got the whole job done in a bit under two hours. Clean work and clearly explained. Car is charging like a champ and hot tub is free to the first one who wants it! Haha

We had some electrical issues in our 3 year old home that caused appliances, etc to burn out. Our technician came out and located the problem within an hour and we were on our way. Great service & technicians! Thanks Shawn!
