I am so happy with the service my family received today. We haven’t had a business relationship with the new (since 15 years ago) owners. I had a septic problem that caused water to back up into my shower. We could not use any fixtures in our home. We called Henson Septic Tanks & Supplies and they told us they had a full day. Now, mind you this is leading into Labor Day Weekend. I understood. As they listened to my problem and realized I would not be able to stay at my house, they sent a truck out to pump our tank and get us through the weekend. Very few businesses will even call you back these days. What’s more is when they were done solving my problem, their bill was very fair. I am so impressed. I won’t use anyone else to pump our tank moving forward and you shouldn’t either.

These guys are hard working professionals. Austin knows his business and was able to diagnose my issue based on my symptoms report. He and Tyler came twice because I had to have my propane tank moved so they could get to both septic lids. They were gracious enough to return the next week to complete the job. He suggested risers, which I saw as a great idea. They installed the risers as well. The cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend Henson Septic Services.
