This is the best electrician I have ever worked with. They are very responsive and reasonably priced. Both times I have called this company for service it was very cold and snowy, and they responded with same day and next day service. When I got the bill, it was exactly what they said it would cost. The best thing is that they accurately assessed the problem and provided a lasting quality solution/repair.

Got out of the hospital yesterday, purchased all the equipment needed except for one piece was told by the technician directly that he would give me a 30 minute call and be out at site on January 22. Was called the next morning by this company on January 22nd at 8:00 in the morning being told that they wouldn't be able to get to my request until mid next week. They give you a word and schedule it and then renege on it would not recommend Update, the owner called me directly and explained the temporary fix that would assist me with getting through the possibility of losing electrical power to my house. The owner was very understanding very helpful and gave me the information I needed to take care of this emergency situation. God bless him and all of his staff

SWMO Electric/ David Forrest David came out on a Sunday we had been without power since Saturday in low temps. Rare to find an owner of a company that does this. Super great guy, great work and my family appreciates him!!

Get an exact estimate before having them do any work. 1 service call took them 3 times to show up and finish the job. 3 workers , 4 hrs for a 30 min job for 3 certified electricians to hook up a box that was already installed and a foot apart cost me over 420.00. If I use them in the future I will be getting a written estimate before they are hired. They do seem like descent people. But I personally think they can do better. My view on this for the 2 stars.. I got about 30 min of work completed and had to apparently pay 3 guys to do it for a total of 4hrs.. Added after their response. My view. 1. Technician shows up. I am DELIGHTED with this company. I had an emergency and they treated me like I was their only customer that day. I had three tradesman standing around; SWMO got someone to my house immediately and the problem solved pronto. If I had it to do again, I'd call them for help. In fact, I already have, I will need help in late October and they will be there as needed.
