When I arranged to have my carpets cleaned, I thought they would be using hand-operated carpet cleaners. I didn't realize how wrong I was... They have serious equipment which was much more than I expected for home cleaning! They pulled up in a truck and which contained a massive, industrial carpet cleaning system with hundreds of feet of hose, etc. The crew was professional and really informative. They used corner guards to protect the walls and placed blocks under the wooden table legs to avoid damage and stains from the wood. And I learned a lot from them about stain treatment (and more importantly - how to remove stains!). They have different types of treatments depending on what caused the stains. Cannot say enough about this group! They cleaned some seriously dirty ceramic tiles in a house I purchased recently. I spent months trying to clean the tile myself before breaking down to hire Hepa-Graff. Seriously glad I did - they happily came back to try some stronger chemicals on some problem areas. They were professional, took good care of things and were great fun to work with. Competitive price - much lower than price I was quoted for Stanley Steamer. I'm glad I called these people - highly recommend!

My fiance went into anaphylactic shock and it turns out he's allergic to dust and grass, which is plentiful around here... so we had Hepagraff come out and deep clean our carpets so that wouldn't happen again. The carpet cleaning techs were amazing and professional - they got us in quick, even during COVID, and they were so kind and caring and asked about whether it would be safe for them to use the chemicals they typically use for cleaning to make sure it wouldn't trigger another attack. I really appreciate the empathy and compassion and extra consideration they gave to us! I'll use Hepagraff for all my cleaning needs.

Hepa Graff was able to get me on their schedule with short notice to get my home cleaned. I was very happy with not just the amazing job they did, but the wonderful customer experience I received. Having them come in and clean was well worth the cost!! I highly recommend using them

Hepa-Graff did a great job on the 2 rooms we needed done! The guys were professional and efficient. My son's carpet was nasty (boys are dirty!) and they got all of the stains out and the room smells great. Highly recommended!
