Herman is knowledgeable & professional in all aspects of his work. He has done many jobs for me over the past 10 years & everything he does is top notch. I've used him to replace a kitchen faucet, replace a door threshold, replace the rollers on a sliding patio door, design a flat-screen mounting system to mount a modern TV over a square pocket above my fireplace (designed for old tube-type TVs), and more. I cannot say enough about how fortunate we were to have Herman bring our rental property from a state of disrepair to a home that, well felt like a home to be proud to own. He is the best handyman around, when friends ask for someone I always tell them Herman, He might not be the cheapest as he does only quality work, but he is the best. I will not let anyone in my house to do any work unless it is Herman or someone he has vetted, if it's for work he doesn't do. If for some reason you have a problem he comes right back to make it right, no further charge. He has done many projects large and small since we moved to Mesa in 2004.
