This company constantly overcharged on the price of the heating oil and then when it comes down to delivering after a now storm they tell you they cannot access the house and driveway even though the driveway is cleared - awful communications. Stay away!

Wow! What an excellent company. Heras’ response time this morning was faster than I could drink a cup of coffee! Luis was here in under 10 minutes from when we spoke and he addressed all of my concerns. The service (both on the phone and here with the delivery) was professional, the price was competitive and the fact that the minimum delivery is 50 gallons (not the common 100 gallons) was immensely helpful given my needs. I will absolutely use Heras going forward despite having been with another company for the past 30 years! Thank you, Luis!

Heras Fuel has been consistently great to work with. They show up when promised, and they are reasonably priced. We recently converted to propane, and my dismay was not being able to continue with this highly responsive, reliable and professional company. However, happy day, they will soon be delivery propane as well! It’s more rare these days, it seems, to be pleasantly surprised by a company and their kindness. They will have my business!

Absolutely one of the best oil delivery services in the East Hampton' area. Very nice and helpful customer service representative, Gabriella, one you can speak to directly! The owner, Luis, is very friendly and offers honest pricing along with prompt deliveries! I have lived in the area for 60 years and can honestly say you will be pleased with this company's assistance!
