I have called this company who I have used in the past for back flow testing. I received a letter from the city that the back flow was due. We have been texting back and forth since October 2024. Last message was Nov 27th. The lady whom is spoke to said that Sam had already done the inspection and will enter the CCN in. It’s now Mid December and online says otherwise. I try calling them and could not reach them. Definitely, quality of work has decline for this company. The last two yrs I didn’t have any issues until this year. I hope this review will bring changes to their company. I’m a person who doesn’t like to write 1 star reviews..But I’m dissatisfied and disappointed at their service. I will look else where for further backflow services. I will remove this review if I am in the wrong
Exceptional service….will use again.
