I am very unhappy with the fence that Hercules & Atlas Fence installed on my property. I have no issues with the material; the installation is the problem. I had a wood fence that was to be replaced with a vinyl one. On the South side of my house, Mike Green (owner) thought that changing the position of the fence slightly would be a good idea. He asked me to come outside so we could discuss the change, of which I approved. On the North side, however, Mike constructed the new fence 3"-6" away from where the old fence was, leaving a gap between the wooden deck and the vertical fence line. This gap is not only visually unappealing, it is dangerous!
