I was extremely impressed with the work, workers, staff helping me navigate the process of getting a new roof. The workers cleaned up so there were no nails on my driveway. I would recommend Hercules Roofing to my neighbors.

We had the most amazing experience working with everyone at Hercules Roofing. Helen was patient, kind and passionate about everything she does. Mark was amazing as well! Always helpful, professional and efficient. My Mom got a new roof from them and her experience was exactly the same as mine. Just amazing especially in today’s roofing culture.

Hercules, through supervisor Mark, brought me the replacement tiles today. The office manager, Hellen, called me yesterday. We had a conversation in harmony. She apologized for the previous conversation. Hercules being a reputable company, I'm pleased this has been resolved.! Thank you very much for your work! after long wait, Hercules finished the job of replacing our roof. Unfortunately, during the inspection of the new roof, his workers broke newly installed tiles. They used our spare tiles (25) to repair it. This was on 05/05/2025. As of today, 08/20/2025, I still have not received the spare tiles promised by supervisor Mark. I called their office and spoke with the office manager, who was extremely rude in explaining to me that these tiles were discontinued in June 2025. Four month

Hercules did a great jog installing our new roof. They were timely, professional and proficient. After they did the work, their clean up was so good that you couldn't even tell they were here. They come highly recommended.

We're really happy with Hercules Roofing's work & customer service. Gil & Wayne really went out of their ways to make sure my wife and I were happy with the new roof.
