This family owned business is phenomenal. Our furnace went out overnight and Lucy and Ted sent over their technician Bob just a few hours later to identify the issue and repair it that same day. I felt the pricing was more than fair and am very satisfied with their service. Thank you so much Herczog’s!

What an amazing customer experience! This company is truly unique in today’s world. The weather was getting hot and my AC was not working. I had used 2 other companies in previous years who gave expensive quotes and confusing solutions. Everyone at Herczog was so friendly and helpful. The woman who took my initial call and the technician who came out the very same day (!!!) were professional and to the point. In less than 45 minutes, my AC was up and running and I had a clear plan for what to do if it happened again. I compared the price I paid to another estimate I received for the exact same service another year and it was 1/4 the price. I will be relying on Herczog for all of my future HVAC issues.

We had a furnace issue on a Sunday and placed a call to Herczog Heating & AC, hoping to leave a message to be placed on their service list for Monday, however we mistakenly called the emergency line. Ted called us back shortly after to help diagnose the issue ... it turns out we had a relatively simple fix and Ted was gracious enough to help us over the phone. He showed us how to remedy ourselves which got us up and running quickly. He even followed up later that evening to confirm the furnace was still working. This is the second time we have called Herczog and in both instances we were given friendly, quick service. I would highly recommend Ted and will be calling them back on our next issue.
