We moved to Mentor about a year ago and this summer we put the final touches on refinishing the basement. We wanted to use a local business to replace the well used carpet that was previously there. John at Lake Shore Carpet listened to what we were looking for and where it was going. He provided us options and we selected exactly what we were looking for and at a reasonable price. John also provided us an excellent recommendation for a local company to refinish our hardwood floors. When it came time for installation John's crew came late because of unexpected work at the previous job. Despite that the crew stayed until the job was done and did a great job. We highly recommend Lake Shore Carpet and would use them again.

Last month I had all the floors throughout my home replaced with luxury vinyl flooring. About 3/4 of the house was carpeted and the rest had ceramic tile. A few months ago we had whole house carpet installed and are very happy with the result. In the process of selecting where to purchase carpet, I directly compared pricing of identical products and install from approximately 7 different local businesses, and Lake Shores was by far the best deal. Others claiming “best prices in Lake County” were more expensive by a couple thousand dollars. John was fantastic throughout the whole process, and our carpet was able to be installed in a single day once it arrived from the factory.
