Heritage Flooring

I was very impressed with Heritage Flooring! I needed all the carpet on the second floor and bedroom on first floor replaced with laminate to match the laminate flooring the builders installed. The owner Kevin was very professional and down-to-earth! He answered all my questions I had before, during and after installation. He showed and explained to me why the laminate flooring that was previously installed was making squeaky noises and was able to fix the issue when he didn’t have to. The crew was VERY nice and professional!!! They arrived on time and started right away. I will definitely use them again in future projects!!

Amazing experience! We wanted to remove the tile and carpet from our kitchen, laundry room, and living room with LVP and Heritage Flooring did a fantastic job with the removal and install. Kevin was incredibly helpful and kind when we were picking what flooring we wanted and had lots of colors and styles to choose from. Then once our flooring was shipped it only took one day to completely remove all our previous flooring and install the planks. The Install team was very kind and helpful making sure we were happy at every step! We will definitely call Kevin and use Heritage if we decide to ever change the rest of the carpet! The color of LVP we chose is called “Brooklyn” for image reference.

After HVAC water damage severely damaged our wood floors in our home September 2025, our search began for a flooring contractor. My daughter recommended Heritage Flooring as she and 4 of her neighbors had previously used this company with extremely satisfactory results. After interviewing the contractor and all questions satisfied, we hired Heritage Flooring. They initially removed wood flooring throughout our home and crew laid beautiful new wood floors. Time was long overdue in replacing the original flooring upstairs in our family home. After a poor experience with another company downstairs, we were dreading the process. But working with Kevin at Heritage Flooring was a refreshing change. From the moment we stepped in his showroom, we were impressed by his knowledge and experience. He helped us quickly find a great quality Mohawk carpet at a fair price and even had a nice LVP product in stock for our storage and laundry rooms. The installation was timely, seamless, done within two weeks by his expert installation team. They moved furniture and handled everything perfectly. Heritage Flooring did an amazing job on our floors! We chose to go with Highland Lakes LVP and could not be more happy. Kevin and his team were a pleasure and easy to communicate with. They also removed our carpet upstairs and replaced it all in 1 day (some pictures shown) which was impressive. We previously had very squeaky floors as well and all of the noises/squeaks were fixed when they installed the new flooring.
