He guided me step by step through the entire process, explaining what would happen and what to expect. I never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision. He made everything so easy. I honestly wish I had called sooner! Chad Colquitt, who installed my water heater, was also polite, professional, and clearly takes pride in his work. He explained what he was going to do, completed the job efficiently, and left everything clean and perfectly done. I recently worked with Scott Carter, the HomeAdvisor, to install a new A/C system after getting 5 different quotes and 2 of which were similar priced. Even though it's too early to rate the long-term performance of the unit itself, I can confidently rate the customer service, professionalism, and installation quality as outstanding. From the beginning, Scott stood out. He was patient, knowledgeable, and never once pushy or aggressive like some salespeople tend to be. I asked a lot of questions, and he took his time answering every single one without rushing me or making me feel like a burden. That alone sold me, good customer service is rare and Scott delivered it from the initial conversation. I initially objected to paying the full amount upfront, and Scott was completely understanding.

Alberto and Jeffery were great! They arrived on time and made sure to answer all the questions I had plus gave me all the details I needed to ensure I understood my new unit. Rodney has been a great help as well. He has been available to answer all of our questions during the sales process. We really appreciate Reliable and all the work they have done.

Incredible, I came home at 11:00pm to 84 degrees upstairs. I immediately called Reliable Heating and Air, I’ve got a maintenance contract. I expected a recording, I got a person, friendly, efficient professional customer service representative. She was able to schedule an appointment for the next morning 8-12. My appointment was confirmed at 7am. I was notified when the tech was on his way and the tech called when he arrived. The tech arrived at 8:57 My unit was inspected and repaired in less than an hour. The technician when above and beyond in providing service!! I could not be more pleased with Reliable Heating and Air and the technician that serviced my unit. Without reserve I would highly recommend Reliable Heating and Air. GREAT JOB GUYS!!!!
